Keep each inbox under 50 cold emails per day. Freshly warmed inboxes: start at 20.
Inbox Rotation
Spread campaigns across multiple inboxes to protect domain reputation and avoid spam flags.
Warm-up First
New domains need 4–6 weeks of warmup before cold outreach to avoid spam filters.
Bounce Suppression
LeadFlow's verification step filters invalid emails. Keep bounce rate below 3% per inbox.
Spam Monitoring
Monitor your Gmail bounce and spam rates weekly. If spam rate exceeds 0.3%, pause and investigate.
Domain Authentication
